If youāre not wanting to do the 8- to 11-mile hikes in Kokeāe or Waimea State Parks, this is a great way to get a hike in and see or even swim to a waterfall without over exerting yourself. That said, the hiking part of the tour is quite precarious in spots as youāre trekking over slippery clay, small and large rocks, tree roots, several rocky streams, boulders and cliffs. If youāre older than 65, Iām not sure this is the hike for you. You must have good balance and strong legs. Once you get to the falls, it is an amazing experience! The kayaking part was very beautiful and peaceful. Our guideāI think his name was Codyāwas very knowledgeable, and directed the group very well! I highly recommend this excursion and tour group! Five stars!!
