What To Expect

Arches National Park

Experience the stunning beauty of Arches National Park, a landscape replete with ancient, sculpted arches and monuments, canyons and cliffs, towers and alcoves. On this private tour for up to six guests of any age, you will explore the massive spaces and tiny details that compose this fantastic place. Learn about the geology, human history, and biodiversity that make this world-famous park all at once unique, delicate, and grand. Bring your camera! Your guide will escort you through Arches National Park, making stops to explore popular monuments, trails, and marvelous lookout points. Your professional guide will share local stories and canyon country interpretive information to help you get the most from your experience. Duration: 4.5 hours While enjoying the park, we teach and abide by the Leave No Trace principles so that others may experience it for generations to come.

This tour is so amazing. Just seeing the mountain from river view is beautiful but to have great guides made it even better. This group is very knowledgeable and fun. Thank you Chris and Emma for a great time !!

The tour itself and our tour guide Jason were absolutely fabulous and worth the money. He took us to Arches NP for a whole day experience with a few hours of hiking in order to discover the most amazing of the Arches. His deep knowledge of literally everything we asked him for, was impressing as well as his passion and pleasure to show us the beauty and dimensions of the Park. Thank you Jason for this unforgettable day!!! As for the organisation at Wild West Voyages, we were irritated that they absolutely refused to give us a hand for the pick up at 7 AM. They knew that we were at a campground with our RV and did not want to move it out of the camping area; and although their office is really close to our campground and we even offered to pay extra, they did not pick us up. As Moab does not offer any taxi service, we ended up begging the campground manager to bring us to the meeting point. We felt this experience did not match the great day we had and the office could have been more flexible.

Hi Nicole, I hear you on Jason's outstanding level of knowledge about and deep caring for the landscapes that surround us here in Moab! He never stops learning, and WWV strives to provide continuing education to our professional guide team! Thank you for joining Jason in Arches! We have recently worked with the trip timing and downtown pickups to add an out-of-downtown pick up rate to cover the extra time. On most National Parks trips we can pick up guests in downtwon Moab or meet them at the north end, just outside of Arches National Park. This maximizes trip time for our guests. For folks outsides the downtown area we are developing a pick-up service at a nominal rate to cover the additional time/fuel expenses without cutting into trip time. A lodging six miles south of downtown will add 24 miles and roughly 1.25 hours to the day after pick-up and drop-off. We now have developed a program adjusting rates so that we can incur these extra expenses and meet you where you are! Thanks for your feedback on this aspect of tour planning! Great trip and the company was able to fit us in last minute. Our guide, Jason, was super knowledgeable and informative for 5 hours straight! He even went longer on the tour just to show us one more spot. Awesome time - many thanks, Jason!
