Beautiful scenery. Saw all the major highlights with good background information. Guide was excellent.

We had a terrible guide. Her name is Grace. She late picking the group and multiple stops and in one instance she was 30 minutes late. This is unacceptable. Also, her ability to provide useful information was lacking. Her monolog was all about her and her rediscovery of herself after coming to Sedona. Really? An example, she mentioned that Oak Creek flows through the entire city. She pointed out one tree species, the sycamore. Then babbled on about how she likes to sit by the creek and meditate which helps her in her personal journey. Who cares? Why not tell us more about the Oak Creek system. What kind of riparian habitat is it? What kind of animals and plants are found within the system? She also stated that Sedona has a secured water source/supply. Really? A couple remarked that it looked so green and wondered what all the fuss was about drought? That is a legitimate question to ask and should have been explained. These people are from out of state and will leave not appreciating the complexity of available water and its uses in Arizona. There are plenty more examples but suffice it say, Grace is not the guide to provide valuable information on the culture, history, and natural resources in Arizona and specifically, Sedona.

I called and explained that 1 person in my party was unable to attend due to COVID. I prepaid for 4 tickets, only 3 were able to attend. I was told they would NOT refund one ticket. Upon arrival, unorganized start. Then, tour guide talked more about paranormal activity, homes of the rich and famous, and private planes than the Red Rock mountains I paid to see. I would've preferred to had time to photograph the Prating Hands, instead of spending time looking at the airport, planes, helicopters, and places his mom got married at, and the house he lived in for free.
