Pretty late response from the rider when we ran into a tree. We were very lucky to watch out and save ourselves by getting down quickly. We could have been seriously injured. It was a scary expereince.

We are very sorry about the error in navigation by our scenic raft guide, swift moving rivers are very dynamic and even the best guides can make a mistake. We are glad no one was injured during the guides lack of judgement. We have spoken with the guide and on the positive side he has learned a valuable lesson from this incident and should never happen again. Our apologies and thanks again for floating with us!

We had an awesome trip. Magnificent scenery, we saw 6 or 8 American bald eagles, including an eaglet in the nest. Marmots, ospreys, Canadian geese, beaver dams and more. Our guide, Jack was personable and knowledgeable. Pickup and communications were easy. We had a great time!

Our tour guide Jack, did a great job and his knowledge of the area made it very interesting! Pick up and drop off were great and the day was beautiful. Gotta take this River tour!
