I would have given 4/5 for the machines, location, and pace of the tour but our guide was maskless and subjectively terrible. When we arrived he mocked us for wearing surgical masks. When we stated our preference to wear them and social distance, he kept trying to get <1ft of us while he was not wearing a mask. Was not respectful of our boundaries or safety. Additionally, he made sexist and transphobic comments (ie wishing ā€œwomen were still womenā€ and making fun of pronouns). In talking about climate change, he acknowledge that it was happening but said it was ā€œnaturalā€ and ā€œa good thingā€ according to ā€œfarmersā€. In talking about how the Hobbit Hole (a beautiful natural formation on the tour) was destroyed by an idiot with a Jeep, he deviated from his educational story about preserving nature to talking about how he wanted to kill the guy that did it. He said *twice* that he wanted to burn the guy’s house down with his wife and kids still inside. This was right after saying he knew roughly where the guy lived. Yikes. Joke or not, talking about killing innocent kids is not fun to me. For my own safety, I would not do this tour again. If you’d like to gamble and see if a different guide could provide a safer COVID-19 experience, I recommend doing so with caution.

Thank you for your critique of our adventure tour and our adventure tour guide. I just wish I knew what guide you were on tour with so I could address the situation on a personal level but I have no clue whom it was. We do have on going sensitivity training with our entire staff so we did have a meeting to address your comments. We have had extensive Covid-19 safety training and our adventure tour guides try to always wear a buff when they are close to any guest as to make the guests feel comfortable. I am sorry if you did not feel comfortable on our adventure tour. Lastly, if any employee of our company made the remarks you are stating then I would hope the guest would call my office right away to let me know so I could rectify the situation but you did not call. I am sorry if you felt our guide, whom ever it was, was out of line and I am just as shocked as you to hear that happened.

We had the best time. Great scenery and fun ride. Allen was our tour guide. He was the best. Don’t miss this. Glad we didn’t.

We do pride ourselves on our customer service from the moment you call our office until you are driving away from your adventure tour. All of our guides are pretty incredible but Alan is really a special person. He knows how to communicate with someone 102 years old or 2 years old and make them feel comfortable. We are so glad to hear you had a great time but we knew you would!

What a wonderful time we all had during the sunset, four hour tour with ATV adventures. Having only ridden an ATV once in ten years, Alan our guide, was wonderful at adjusting the tour to our level of competency. He took his time with us and made the ride fun and exciting. As we got better and more comfortable on the ATV's, he pushed us a bit more and all of us had a blast! They supplied water and snacks and they stopped at just the right times to give everyone a rest. The scenery was beautiful and Alan's knowledge of the area really made the ride a wonderful experience. I cannot say enough about this company and our time with ATV adventures. I highly recommend it for anyone interested in renting an ATV near Zion National Park.

Our adventure tour guides will never push you past your comfort level but they do know how to just give you that nudge to go to the edge of comfort. Our rides do start off a bit slower but we have a progressive course so you learn more and more as you ride further so you get more comfortable with the machines all the time. We are also very lucky to have over 16,000 acres of the most beautiful land to share with all of our guests. That is not to mention the 6,000 acres of sand dunes!!
