We had the best day white water rafting with this company. We had James and Archie as our guides and we would ask for them both again, they were great! Iā€™ve gone rafting twice in other locations in Alaska and my Hope experience was by far the best.

The water was running high (11 ft) which made it an even more amazing experience. My son and I had to be split in two rafts which while not ideal, was handled so wonderfully by the company. The guides in our boats, as well as the safety guides were exceptional. We have white water rafted a few times, but this was a once in a lifetime experience. It is no wonder that to be a guide for this company you have to have years of experience. I have never done Class V's like this - extremely wild, but the guides were so good, only one person partially fell out. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip. I cannot thank the guides and entire staff for such an amazing and wonderful life experience. Thank you.

Seems like this is out in the middle of nowhere coming from Anchorage. However it was easy to find and drive scenic. Do follow directions and wear the layers they recommend. The water was very very cold in June. The dry suit keeps you MOSTLY dry. Also protect your feet the best you can (wool socks) because these will be the first to go numb. Very fun and crazy and challenging. This is a MUST if you are an adventure seeker. Staff from check in to guides were great and very safety conscious.
