The tour left without us we called messaged we were in a Uber 5 minutes late. They gave us the wrong address. And refuse to give us a refund.

Highly recommended. Armen (our tourguide) is so nice and Informative. He's very friendly and hospitable. I know Covid ruined all the things and limit us in regards of travel regardless, Armen gives us time to the beach to take pictures. Oh by the way. He's a good photog too. If you guys are looking for a tour package - THIS IS IT.

I have to say we were quite disappointed. The electric open-sided limo turned out to be an ordinary saloon car with the windows down! There was only very limited time at Santa Monica pier and Venice beach and we weren't able to explore Marina del Rey on foot at all. The 90 min at these areas for sightseeing, shopping, dining etc simply didn't materialise. Also the whole tour only lasted 90 min rather than the promised 3 hours or 2.5 hours depending on which description you read! The guide did his best and was quite informative and friendly but we feel he may have been poorly briefed on what the tour was expected to involve. We paid virtually 100 and travelled a long way for this tour and really feel we did not get value for our money.
