Just an amazing place! Absolutely beautiful. But.. Mask mandate is a ridiculous, you must tell people about this before you sale tour packages. A lot of people would not go. I would not if I knew. My friend would not too. This is not fair not only to the people, but to the place itself. Such an unique place, “different dimension” and masks!!? Really! Outside In canyon’s! People who enforcing this mandate there, should be fire at very least! Otherwise its a lifetime experience. Thank you.

Ahéheé (Thank You) for your very kind review Mark_O! We enjoyed your company while on tour and we are happy to hear our guest enjoyed their tours to the greater southwest! We strive to give all our guest a memorable experience while on vacation! Being that we are in the on the Navajo Nation, most communities and families that dwell within the Navajo Reservation still do not have access to running water. We are no exception to this dilemma. Hopefully soon a waterline will be installed on the property of the Slot Canyons to better facilitate guest better. In meantime, we do not suggest dehydrating yourself of water especially in the Arizona desert, but to be more conscious of the opportunities to use facilities with running water. The Navajo Nation has the health and safety of their people in mind, and therefore they are very strict on everyone abiding by the mask mandate that is set in place. With hundreds of visitors to the area and only 3 hospitals to service 250,000+ members, majority of that census is the elderly. Hopefully again soon once COVID is under control we will no longer have the mask mandate if everyone does their part. However, we would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review! We hope you return soon and, in the meantime, stay safe and healthy!
