Youth rates apply for ages 12 and under. Minimum of 50 lbs. No maximum weight but must be able to wear a life jacket which can accommodate up to a 58 inch chest.
Wear clothing that you don't mind getting wet and footwear that stays securely on your feet such as tennis shoes, sneakers, water shoes or sandals with straps (please no flip flips of Crocs). We have water shoes available to rent for $5. Wet suits and splash jackets will be included and provided during the months of May and June or during periods of cooler weather. Trips depart rain or shine.

First time for our fourteen year old son, and third time for us. Great guide and raft company. We were supplied with wet suit, splash top, and fleece jacket were offered as well as water shoes. Their shop also sold eye glasses straps which are necessary to keep from losing your glasses. Our guide Justin was just fantastic!!! Funny. original, and just someone you would want to hang out with you afterwards. We had perfect weather today and conditions were excellent. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Pay attention to the info they give you when you purchase your passage. If you do, you'll be dressed right and prepared well for donning your gear and securing your personal items. These folks are fully organized and feed you the next steps when you need to know them. They are, as a bunch, friendly, low key, adventurous, and focused on their job and your enjoyment. They brief you enroute to the start of your raft trip and the first 20 min or so on the water are introductions, team building, safety information. As someone who gets stickly about safety I felt our safety education was top notch. Our guide Vance wove it all together so well that it felt like a chat with a respected friend. We hit the rapids with a good spirit and enjoyment of our experience. We learned respect for the river and it's moods. We came out wet and happy. For the ratio of satisfaction and enjoyment to price I don't think this trip can be beat. It's rumored that Vance has a sponsorship from Pantene for his handsome locks, so ask him about it. Also, we went through the same company for our cabin (The Bunkhouse). Our family of three found the cabin to be our best stay of all out of 8 different stays during 22 days of travel. That's saying a lot! Thanks again, Vance!

Motts is a rapids genius. And not a bad cook. I recommend the half day dinner tour for anyone. The river is so clean. We rode Jaws.
