All passenger weights MUST be input at time of booking. Maximum weight is 275 lbs. No exceptions. No refunds will be given if over the weight limits.
Check is 15 minutes before the start of the tour time. If you are late no refunds will be issued.
Closed toed shoes are required for all participants. (Crocs and water shoes are okay)

Your guide will meet you at the check-in location, provide a gear orientation and take you from tower to tower.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Sammy and Sky were exceptional tour guides! We had the best time!! My 8 year old was nervous and they made her feel comfortable, confident and we had a fantastic first time zip lining!! We will absolutely be back!
