All passenger weights MUST be input at time of booking. Maximum weight is 275 lbs. No exceptions. No refunds will be given if over the weight limits.
Check is 15 minutes before the start of the tour time. If you are late no refunds will be issued.
Closed toed shoes are required for all participants. (Crocs and water shoes are okay)

Our whole experience was fantastic.... Girls did a great job.... I have never done this before and they were AWESOME.... We also had one our zippers feel faint and they were on top of it...I would definitely recommend this outing

Such a epic experience, and the two staff members were amazing and entertaining. We were a family of 8 and our mom has a fear of heights but it being our annual family trip and in Hawaii my mom wanted to conquer her fear of heights and boy we can definitely say she conquered them. The hospitality they showed made my mom feel comfortable and she had the time of her life…we all did!!!! I highly recommend the zip lining experience it’s well worth the money. Thanks again to the two young female staff members that gave such a awesome experience. Believe it was Lilly and the other ones name started with a letter K I think….so sorry I forgot but you both were awesome. Mahalo!!!!

we had an amazing adventure with our granddaughter zip lining with Michele and Jordan. I highly recommend this outfit, they were very professional And very safety conscientious.
