Hamilton Musical Walking Tour

Overview
Take a song-by-song stroll through Hamilton’s rise and eventual fall as New York’s foremost Founding Father. This tour is designed for folks who have already seen or plan to see the 11 Tony Award winning Broadway production or those just addicted to the cast album. The tour puts the songs, history and lower Manhattan locations into perspective. The tour matches up individual songs with their actual location, including some bonus stops that help illuminate the time and place that Alexander Hamilton lived and died in. Each guest receives a Personal Listening Device to insure you hear every word and note, no matter how noisy the city gets.

Chaz was a highly engaging tour guide - he even sings but doesn't rap. Full of knowledge, he is able to contextualise the hit musical by drawing on what really happened and where. This was a wonderful way to spend our morning before seeing the show that night. A must for lovers of history and Hamilton.

This. Was. Amazing. I felt so lucky to have happened upon this on Trip Advisor and I'm so glad I booked this! My husband and I went on this tour after catching Hamilton on Broadway the day before, and it could not have complemented the musical more. Chazz was so knowledgeable about not only the historical context of the play, but the cultural influences that inspired Lin-Manuel Miranda as well. He was so generous with his time and even had New York City history to tie in with Hamilton's legacy. This was a one-of-a-kind experience that I would recommend to anyone with an interest in the birth of our nation or an obsession with the greatest musical of our time. Don't miss out on this incredible gem!
