What To Expect
1
The Linq Promenade
The observation wheel happens to be situated smack in the center of Las Vegas’ most fun entertainment quarter, The LINQ. Enjoy 'grab and go'' seafood from Gordon Ramsay Fish abd Chips or munch on upscale Mexican fare at Chayo Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar. Not hungry? Head to the Brooklyn Bowl to knock down some pins, or browse a variety of shops in the area.
2
High Roller
There's happy hour on the Strip, and then there's happy hour above the Strip. Hop in an climate-controlled pod and enjoy access to a full bar for the entire 30-minute revolution. The only thing you have to bring besides your ticket? Proof that you're 21 years old or older. Drink in hand, admire the neon-lit landscape as a recording of a witty narrator shares trivia about the city’s landmarks (only here will you find pyramids next to the Eiffel Tower). After the ride, browse in the Sky Shop for a reminder of your spin through Sin City’s celestial skies in the form of commemorative glassware or a tiny version of the High Roller itself. Last ride departs at 11:30pm.

I went with my 22 year old daughter. Jeremy was a fast and good bartender. With 10 strangers but all loosened up and had fun. Sped through several vodkas during ride !

If you order your ticket online, be advised you are only getting a voucher. When you arrive, you still have to wait in line and redeem your voucher for a ticket. Our wait for tickets on a Friday night was about 20 mins. In order to save money and time, skip purchasing the Happy Hour. After you get your ticket, you have the option of buying drinks from a cash bar on your way to the loading platform. Once you reach the platform, if you are in the Happy Hour line, you will probably wait at least 45 mins. just to get on the ride. If you are in the non-Happy Hour line, you'll wait maybe five minutes. Sure, that line puts you in a pod with no bar, but you can take the drinks you just bought at the bar inside the building. The views at night are great.

The experience was great. However, having several drunk people on the ride spilling their drinks was less than exciting.
