Overall, the place was very well kept. Everything was clean and in good condition. The staff was accommodating to say the least. Whatever I needed there was someone to help me find it. The Hardrock Sports Bar had many TV's all with an event on the screen. It wasn't hard to find a sport I was interested in. The biggest let down for me was the lack of "Hardrock" music being played while in the hard rock venues. I expected too much from a place with the word "Hardrock" in the tittle to have some hard rock music playing in the background. The music was more like Pop Music (Bubblegum). They need to consider renaming the place to Billboards top 100 club. There is nothing wrong with pop music, just maybe not the right place. Other than that, it was a great stay. BTW the pools were fantastic.

The people down there where freaking great and took great care of me I plan on going back again this year on vacation

The food was good however the server not so much, food and drinks took a long time and I was disappointed we never got dessert just gave up and left didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for that and he didn’t even offer a happy bday comment. The burgers were yummy though
