Today we went with the family to the Hard Rock in Key West. Arriving at the door ask if there was the “key lime pie” to which they answered yes. As we sat at the table for coffee/tea, trying the famous “Key lime pie” in the Hard Rock of Ducal Street we were attended by a miss who treated us woefully badly. Before ordering the order I asked again if there was lime cake to which they replied that if so I ordered a tea and my husband a coffee (they did not bring us either teaspoon to stir or sugar or Splenda ) when applying he told us that he would bring... 15 min and nothing had passed... we asked him several times and he went to other tables to lift the orders. After 20' he warns us that there is NO “Key lime pie” because he was already engaged for another table. When you apply for the account you charge us double and with our card you pay the bill of another table. Before this he takes our card and takes it for a long time. She disappears.. she gets into the kitchen and we don't find her anymore until she goes downstairs to find the manager to complain about the bad care just shows up.

I try to go to all Hard Rocks on my trips and this was another one. There isn't much to add about the others, the Chopp was good but the girl who served us wasn't as friendly as we wanted.
