We always try the Hard Rock Cafes in various cities and I always get whatever the local legendary is. I enjoy trying different ways the restaurants portray their cities in various hamburger dressings. This was by far the best local legendary I have ever had. I felt the flavors represented the culture well and were fantastic. This local legendary was a burger with a fried green tomato, apple slaw made with moonshine vinaigrette, and a herbed cream cheese. The burger was juicy and thick. The apple slaw was a good combination of sweet, crispy, and tangy. The fried green tomato was well done. I am not usually a big fan of fried green tomato’s as I think they are bitter but this was not and I would have loved to try them alone as an appetizer. As a side I ordered the beet salad which had a nice flavor but was more of a green salad with some beets. Which I preferred but if someone was expecting more beers could be disappointed. My family enjoyed their food as well. This location always has a fun atmosphere as they frequently have bands perform. On thursdays they also do live kareoke which I would have loved to stay for. The service was also excellent here and one of our better Hard Rock experiences! Can’t wait to go back.

My family and I usually enjoy our meals at Hard Rock Cafe, but this time around our meal was sub par at best. My son ordered a steak medium rare, it came out bloody raw, they took it back and I guess put it on the grill but upon it's return, while a little more cooked still raw and cold in center. I ordered the Spicy Macaroni and Cheese with Chicken, the cheese and pasta was ok, nothing I couldn't whip up at home and the chicken was dry and tasteless. My husband had the barbecued pork, it was ok but not worth the price. All and all very disappointing and a very high price tag. Will not eat at that Hard Rock Cafe again.

We flew into town, and were eager to attend the Red, White and Boom firework 4th of July VIP event. Having spent $200 on tickets, we assumed we'd be able to see fireworks. The event was to start at 7pm, we got there at 630 and it was chaos . People continously got their bands and cut us and the overwhelmed employee was trying her hardest but it should have been more organized. Not many food options once we got to the VIP area. Our server, an older gentleman was incredible about keeping a drink in our hand and remembered what we were each drinking. We finally snagged a seat when others left due to the limited food and non existent view. When fireworks started, we hoped we'd see them, but only the very right corner people standing could see maybe 25% of them. We also couldn't hear the symphony that the fireworks 'dance' to, which we thought would be played/streamed into speakers. We left 5 minutes in and went downstairs to the main broadway roadway and stood in the sea of people for much better viewing. We were very disappointed in the HR building blocking the fireworks and the lack of organization.
