Per state of Texas regulations, masks are not required for outside activities. The vast majority of our tour is outside, however masks are encouraged for all customers. Masks are required when entering any historic buildings including the Driskill hotel.

Jim was a great ghost tour guide. He made the experience a ton of fun. Nothing too creepy, but he has a magical way of telling stories and bringing history to life! I've lived in Austin for 16 years and I learned new things on this tour that I had never heard before! The walk was a perfect pace, there were plenty of stories and information, and we all enjoyed the evening, 4 of us participated - 3 adults and a teen - totally appropriate for all! You can tell that Jim loves Austin, loves these tales, and has done some great research! We highly recommend this tour!

Learning about the history of the buildings was informative and really sold the stories that go along with the hauntings associated with them. Our tour guide Jim is a very animated character who really drew our group in. Wear comfy shoes and enjoy the walk of downtown. You will see some spectacular spots.

This was our first activity ever in Austin. My husband and I had a blast getting to know Austin through it’s possibly Haunted locations. It was fun watching the interactions between our tour guide and the locals as to how “weird” Austin can be. Our Tour guide kept us laughing and learning along the way. We had a great time! Would definitely recommend to our friends.
