Per state of Texas regulations, masks are not required for outside activities. The vast majority of our tour is outside, however masks are encouraged for all customers. Masks are required when entering any historic buildings including the Driskill hotel.

An excellent tour for families with children of all ages. We began our Austin visit with this tour the first night in town and our teen daughters really enjoyed the history lessons alongside the haunted stories. We really enjoyed the Hotel Driskill and the story of Samantha Houston. I highly recommend this talented tour guide, who is a retired high school history teacher with a deep passion for both history and the paranormal.

Jim, our guide, did an amazing job. He started the tour with a non-haunted tidbit, but interesting fact about the "owl building " Thanks for including it in your tour. Jim was lively and kept the tour interesting. I learned about Austin's intriguing past, which happened to include a ghost here and there. I highly recommend it. Thanks Jim!!!
