Jim was very enthusiastic, but not over the top. I loved the way he told the stories. His timing was good. We didnā€™t take a long time anywhere and we didnā€™t speed through anything. I thought he knew his history, no duh! Heā€™s a history teacher. I recommend taking this tour for history, entertainment and wonderful story telling.

Iā€™ve been on a million ghost tours in several haunted cities, this one had original stories and the stories were told in a wonderful manner. You could tell that the story teller was really interested in this and he wanted us all to know about the scary stories. It was really great.

We were looking for history and ghost stories, not low rate community theatre. We got a theatre major that kept referring to his boss and how much more he knows about this tour. He admitted that heā€™s never seen a ghost and does not believe in ghosts. I donā€™t believe in ghosts either, but my job isnā€™t creating and atmosphere and selling ghost stories. I asked an obvious question (why would the Driskell not find a dead body in 3 days in 1993) and was glared at like I was interrupting a play. Do not waste your money.
