Per state of Texas regulations, masks are not required for outside activities. The vast majority of our tour is outside, however masks are encouraged for all customers. Masks are required when entering any historic buildings including the Driskill hotel.

Took the tour with William as our guide. There was aboutv25 people in group, almost too big. William was loud enough to hear and animated in his story telling. Got to go in some buildings. Interesting stories.

To our disappointment, our tour guide did not show up. We arrived at 7.45pm as per the email sent and waited until 8.15pm. We checked all possible locations around the Omni hotel. The worst part for us is not only missing out on the tour but as we are international visitors we had no wifi or phone reception to contact anyone. We then had to walk home in the dark which left us feeling extremely unsafe. As this was one of our final activities whilst in America there was no way for us to attend another tour. I appreciate there is a cancellation policy in place but i sent an email requesting that an exception can be made to honour a refund as this was something we feel is out of our control. However no one ever emailed me or called me back.

You left this review for the wrong company. Our tours do not depart from the Omni. I’m not sure who you were signed up with, but it was not definitely not WTA. Our tour guide was a nice enough guy but there just isn’t much substance to this tour. We did this as a small team corporate event and we’re expecting some interesting stories, several more stops, and the chance to have a couple drinks along the way. Maybe my expectation was too much.
