Our tour guide Mallory was very friendly and knowledgeable! We had a great group but at times the bars were very loud and made it difficult to hear the stories. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

A disaster from start to finish. Booked on 8:30pm tour and arrived at Lincoln Station at around 8pm. Found a guide called Chloe who was dressed as a Flapper to find she wasn't expecting us! Another two people turned up who were expected, and then another group of 5 who weren't expected who then disappeared. Lincoln Station is a large noisy bar, and it was difficult to hear what Chloe was saying, but it would appear there had been a mix up and we should have been with another guide. The tour moved across the road to an alleyway where John Dillinger supposedly met his end. Things rapidly deteriorated after this when we moved on. i was expecting to be taken past other historic sites connected to Ghosts and Gangsters but instead ended in another loud busy pub where you could not hear anything being said by Chloe. After another drink we were taken to yet another busy pub which had a duo on.

We apologize for the mixup. Chloe was not expecting you because she was giving the 8pm tour and your tour was scheduled for 8:30pm. Our tour is a combination of pub crawling and ghost stories so there can be some downtime at each bar when they get noisy. We do try to compensate with added ghost stories on the crawl aspect of the tour. We always strive to improve our tour offerings, so we appreciate your feedback.

The tour itself was good as was our docent. Probably a bit too much down time as we walked around. We did, however, really enjoy our group!
