Great tour and guide! Really enjoyed his wit and costume. Would recommend a small microphone, at times it was hard to hear because of the cars passing by

Funny, engaging, full of great history. Wish it started a little earlier because after a full day of walking/sightseeing, we were beat by 9:30.

I did not expect the impeached Justice Samuel Chase of 1804 to be sober as a judge on a Saturday night, but the judge gave a well-researched tour of Capitol Hill that was peppered with tales and legends of ghostly occurrences and spectral celebrities. It was hugely entertaining and informative. A great way to take in the lore and the sights.
