The City of Salem has rescinded its face mask and proof of vaccination order. You no longer have to show proof of vaccination or wear a face mask to enter our office and gift shop. It is subject to change in the future.

We use an amplifier so you can social distance. Masks are not required outdoors but are optional. Effective Aug. 23, Salem is requiring that masks must be worn indoors whether you are vaccinated or not. You'll only need to come into our office to pick up your tickets and/or to peruse our gift shop.

Tour guide Bob (or “Boo”) was awesome! Super funny, knowledgeable, and great at interacting and managing a large tour group. I’ve done several walking tours with a variety of different companies and this was by far the best!

Our tour guide, Christine needs practice with her oration skills. Stories were disjointed with too many unimportant details. There were far too many people for this experience to be even remotely spooky. Very little information about the witch trials. We found ourselves bored on this tour.

We're thinking your group was stressed out and was in a bad mood from the start. Christine is a godsend of a tour guide and is one of the most respected and sought after guides in all of Salem. This also is not a tour on the Witch Trials which is clearly stated when you buy a ticket. Our witch tours are at 10am, 1:00pm, 4:00pm. We keep our tour groups to 35-40 people while other companies go 50 or more. This makes it easier to get to the locations and gives ample time for people to catch the group before the guide starts talking. All of our guides use microphones so they are very loud. The crowds start coming to Salem in mid September. A weekend in October can be witness to 100,000 people a day and you need to prepare for that
