Overview

The haunted trolley will take you to the darker side of the Dells. Prepare to learn about the hidden side of the Dells & the surprising haunted history they try to cover up! We visit a very haunted cemetery, discuss multiple haunted locations and tell you the frightening details. There are stops where we get off of the trolley, if you dare. We will look for orbs (watch out for the red orbs.) We will use our ghost meter in the search for spiritual energy. Fancy marketing has kept the death and tragedy hidden in the Dells, until now. Guide was nice. Problem was owner and driver. Had 20 plus Ghostbusters and was given discounted rate at 16.00 per person way in advance. We all got on bus and we were threatened by owner to have cops call as we didnt pay full rate when bus driver and owner originally agreed to price discount. Many of us didnt even know what was going on. Very shady business as they only wanted cash to do this. We got off bus and wanted full refund they agreed to original price but left bad taste in our mouths and didnt want to disrupt it for others not involved.

We were scheduled for a tour only to get a text from someone saying because they have not met their minimum, they weren't able to give us a tour and could we reschedule for another day or we can get a refund. It was my friend's birthday and we were definitely looking forward to the tour becausw she lives stuff like that. When I asked what the minimum was, he told me 12 when it was 6 of us going at the time. Unacceptable! Like, how come its not written anywhere so people can see? It put a damper on our trip, but we managed. In the future, please make it in bold letters that if you all don't have 12 people, you won't do a tour.

The information that was provided was good. It would have been better if it had been dark outside. The host should not just assume because a person goes to the trolley before the others doesn't mean they don't believe but physically can' t keep walking around.
