Old Town Trolley Tours has implemented a number of new safety measures such as plexiglass partitions in between every row of seating aboard our Trolleys, limited contact with other persons and an increased focus on disinfecting and sanitation. Face coverings are required.

What To Expect

Old Jail Museum

Get ready for an up close and personal encounter of the town’s most haunted building, the Old Jail. Listed on the Florida and National Register of Haunted Places and is the site of countless documented paranormal experiences. Unlock the secret of an (EVP) voice recording captured during a real paranormal investigation and its possible connection to the well-known hangings carried out on the site. Cameras or camera phones are recommended to take pictures through the building’s famous and ominous windows and potentially capture something unworldly! Send us your pictures and we will evaluate them for paranormal activity and may even share them on our social media pages.

Our driver, Sharkey, and tour guide, Blake, were very friendly. The stories were pretty typical of a ghost tour, but it was nice to not walk all over the city. A nice surprise was that we actually got off the bus at 2 different locations. Recommend for anyone with smaller children or even if you're just too tired from walking around the old city all day.

The tour itself wasn't bad however if you have ever listened to any other ghost tour they're very repetitive. However the overall drive and the experience itself was nice. Staff was very pleasant and courteous. The costumes the staff wore were a nice addition to the overall theme.

While our tour guide was nice, they lacked confidence and experience making the tour somewhat boring. They mixed up some of the stories and could not recall some of the specifics, including names. We’ve been on a few ghost tours in St. Augustine and in comparison this one lacked interest, excitement, and intrigue and is overpriced for the experience you receive. We likely would not do this again during another visit.
