The tour staff were knowledgeable and the tour was well organized. The tour stopped at specific focus points, and information about the history of ghosts in St. Augustine was shared at those stops and throughout the tour. Be sure to call and reserve your spot ahead of time as tours fill up fast!

I have been on several other ghost tours (Key West, New Orleans and Charleston) and this was absolutely the worst tour ever. St. Augustine has a rich history to draw from but unfortunately was lost on this tour. Due to the over dramatization by the guides the stories were secondary to the sub par acting. Also included 2 different buildings (the old jail, and drug store (which includes the wax museum) which the tour company owns. The stops could have easily been eliminated and other stories of St. Augustine included. Don’t waste your time or money. Spoke with a local fisherman about my opinion and he suggested “The Sheriff” on St. George St for a good tour.

Took the 2120 tour with Ashley as our guide and Oliver as our competent driver. Charlie in the jail was great and William at Potter's Museum did a freaky job. Kudos to everyone. We had a Service Dog and the staff were more than accommodating. Ashley was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. If you get a chance, you definitely need to make time for the tour.
