Get ready for an up close and personal encounter of the town’s most haunted building, the Old Jail. Listed on the Florida and National Register of Haunted Places and is the site of countless documented paranormal experiences. Unlock the secret of an (EVP) voice recording captured during a real paranormal investigation and its possible connection to the well-known hangings carried out on the site. Cameras or camera phones are recommended to take pictures through the building’s famous and ominous windows and potentially capture something unworldly! Send us your pictures and we will evaluate them for paranormal activity and may even share them on our social media pages.

Good ghost stories and my pictures had what seems to be glow in the dark footprints that moved as the pictures go.

Wednesday night, August 6th, my 7 y/o granddaughter and I took the Ghosts and Gravestones St. Augustine Frightseeing Tour, led by Miss Mimi and driven by Chuckles. It was one of the better tours we did. Miss Mimi skillfully wove the ghosts and graveyards together with her wonderful knowledge of history and made the tour entertaining and informative. (it was the only tour we took that the 7 y/o didn't rate bo-o-o-ring) She said it was the best part of our vacation! Her only criticism was that the lady prisoner's accent sounded fake. :-) All in all, it was a trip I'd do again in a heartbeat and it made me wish I had teachers like Miss Mimi when I was in school!
