Old Jail Museum

Get ready for an up close and personal encounter of the town’s most haunted building, the Old Jail. Listed on the Florida and National Register of Haunted Places and is the site of countless documented paranormal experiences. Unlock the secret of an (EVP) voice recording captured during a real paranormal investigation and its possible connection to the well-known hangings carried out on the site. Cameras or camera phones are recommended to take pictures through the building’s famous and ominous windows and potentially capture something unworldly! Send us your pictures and we will evaluate them for paranormal activity and may even share them on our social media pages.

We were disappointed with this tour. There were only a couple of references to ghosts and paranormal activity. The tour guides were corny and amateur. We wouldn’t recommend. It’s not worth the price.

What a fun way to end our night. Our driver and tour guide were absolutely phenomenal! It was really cool going to a cemetery, going into the potters wax museum to view the potions and elixirs from back then and then perfect way to end the tour at the jail! We had a blast listening to the stories that were told. We would definitely come back and do it again.

We enjoyed the tour. The stories were great however things are done very theatrical. Yelling for some jump scares, that sort of thing. I would have preferred just the stories and the tour. It would stand on its own without all the overacting. Would I still do it again? Of course!
