Our tour was cancelled due to the owners of McGarrett's house having a venue scheduling conflict...I was very bummed. However, the reason I'm still giving the tour an excellent review is because of how the staff handled the whole situation. Our tour was rescheduled for two days later but unfortunately that was the day we were flying out. The lady I spoke with was very nice and apologetic and assured me we would be refunded our money. By the time I returned home to Florida, the full amount was refunded to my credit card. So even though I was not able to go on the tour, I was very pleased with the management's kindness and the way they handled the whole situation.

We loved the tour and our guide was Shawn who was Excellent and fun! we went by the film studio, he told us so much about Hawaii and the cast. Seeing McGarrets house was the highlight and meeting the owner She was so nice and really enjoy talking with everyone. We had a nice lunch. Then on our way back saw the government buildings for photos. Very glad we booked this tour! Love Hawaii Five-O!

We really enjoyed this tour. Sean was an excellent guide and gave us history of both Hawaii and the Hawaii 5-O show. Visiting the McGarrett house was so much fun and the owner was just lovely. They will pick you up from your hotel if its close enough and they keep the groups small so you have plenty of personal attention. Really fun tour!
