The tour started a the Gazebo in the town square. Harold was our guide for the evening. Our first stop was Spoonbar where we learned the besides wine, custom cocktails were also a focus in Healdsburg. After a cocktail and appetizers we proceeded to PizZando for another interesting Cocktail wit Pizza, Salad and Pasta with an amazing meat sauce. The final stop was Williamson Wines Tasting Room which was very good. Five wines with cheeses and their line of accoutrements. It was a fun time and Harold was great! I do have one suggestion. It was have been nice to have a brief history of the town at the beginning of the tour.

Starting in the town square, with a lovely choir singing holiday carols, we walked to our first stop, a farm-to-table restaurant. The food/drink was paired nicely, and the chef gave interesting insights into the restaurant/food. Crossing the street, we moved onto a more posh setting. The food/drink was also unique and delicious. The tour group blended nicely, and we moved on to our final stop. Even though it was raining heavily, everything was close and easily manageable. The final stop had wonderful wine/cheese pairings. I loved the educational content here, and I intend on doing the other walking tour to learn more. Fantastic quaint holiday evening with Erica showcasing the charm of Healdsburg. Thank you!

My husband and I have been to Healdsburg a number of times (we live in LA). On this trip we brought our two Millennial sons and decided to let an expert take us around. Best decision we could have made. Our guide, Maryanne, quickly became our friend and took us on a tour of the town we will never forget. First stop, a bakery filled with Nutcrackers of all sizes and shapes. We were given a history of the bakery and yummy almond cookies...and loaves of bread to take with us. On to wine tasting and food pairing. There are so many tasting rooms...Maryanne made sure we went to the best ones, with the most knowledgeable and personable servers. We visited three, bought lots of wine and joined a wine club. We learned so much about wine, and how to pair wine with the right food. Our last stop was a tea store, where we were served tea and given an interesting dissertation. We were having so much fun, our tour did not end until 4:00! We all agreed it was the best way to learn about Healdsburg...one of our favorite places. Money well spent.
