Join us to experience the art of Wine & Food Pairing in a fun, casual way. Discover why certain wines taste better with specific foods. We’ve partnered with local wineries & chefs, to offer you a wonderful arrangement of unique tastings.

Meet your Guide in Gazebo in the Healdsburg Plaza. After a brief orientation of town, you’ll be on to your first winery visit where you’ll enjoy a private seated wine & food pairing. You'll continue your adventure to enjoy another tasting of boutique wines creatively balanced with simple foods. Each pairing will make you rethink the way you experience food and wine. Listen to the winemakers & their families as they share their stories, passion and unparalleled love of the fertile land they call home.

Absolutely loved the experience with Carol! She had so much wine knowledge and great facts about Healdsburg. We live in the Bay Area and went up for my 40th birthday. My girlfriend and I had so much fun on the tour - we visiting a super cute wine shop and three wineries in the town. Finished with an outstanding ice cream!! Definitely a behind the scenes glimpse into the food and wine culture in Healdsburg. I highly recommend this tour for both visitors and “locals”!!!!!!!!

One of the highlights of our trip was this food and wine tour. Molly, our host, was very friendly and informative, she took us to great tasting rooms with different wines and even offered great recommendations for foodie spots and other wineries to check out on our free day in Sonoma county. We can’t recommend this tour enough. I’m really glad we did it because we were able to try some wine that we never expected to have (spicy wine!!) but also got to see different parts of the the Healdsburg square area. If you’re looking to kill some time with great food pairing and wine, definitely book this tour for your next day adventure. You won’t regret it.

I cannot express enough how happy I am that I found this tour. My group and I headed to California for my bachelorette party and I wanted something really low-key and relaxing so when I started researching things to do I came across Wine Country Walking Tours. We all unanimously agree this was the ultimate experience. Our guide Harold, took us to some of the most unique places we have ever been to and his personal relationship with each of the owners and his knowledge of the story behind each place made the experience so much better. He didn’t make it only about the food and the wine, he made it about the community and made us feel like we were part of a family sitting around a table enjoying a wonderful meal. Of course his knowledge of food and wine was outstanding and we learned things that we thought were myths. ( I won’t give his secrets away because I absolutely believe that whether you are visiting or local you need to try this tour). Taking this tour is also a really wonderful way of supporting the local businesses during these trying times and if you are traveling to Healdsburg this tour should be at the top of your list.
