This is Healdsburg's “original” Wine & Food Pairing Walking Tour. Our 4-hour guided taste adventure, hits all the gourmet highlights of charming Healdsburg, the hippest town in Wine Country! Join us to experience the art of Wine & Food Pairing in a fun, casual way. Discover why certain wines taste better with specific foods. We’ve partnered with local wineries & chefs, to offer you a wonderful arrangement of unique tastings.

Meet your Guide in Gazebo in the Healdsburg Plaza. After a brief orientation of town, you’ll be on to your first winery visit where you’ll enjoy a private seated wine & food pairing. You'll continue your adventure to enjoy another tasting of boutique wines creatively balanced with simple foods. Each pairing will make you rethink the way you experience food and wine. Listen to the winemakers & their families as they share their stories, passion and unparalleled love of the fertile land they call home.

I don’t know why this is called a food and wine tour. It’s a small plate of cheese at two places and a small bowl of pulled pork. To me this was so over priced for what you get. I would never recommend this to anyone. Obviously a fun day w friends in Healdsburg but i think i could have created a better tour myself.

You are absolutely right, this was not a food tour, you were on our signature Wine and Food Pairing Walking Tour which focuses predominately on Wine. We show our guests in a simple way, the synergy between Wine & Food and how they work together. During this tour our guests learn how to pair wines with various foods and spices to enhance their wine tasting experience during their visit to the Wine Country and at home. Many of our guests have told us we've helped them make it extremely easy to understand wine and they were better prepared to begin tasting wines in the vineyards following our tour. We introduce our guests to new varietals they may have never tasted before and teach them how easy it is to pair with different foods. Many of our guests find our tour is a great value and all inclusive. There are no additional charges for tasting fees, as each of the three tastings rooms you visited can charge up to $25 per person. We are one of the only tour companies in Sonoma County where the tasting fees are included. Our guides attend classes and seminars to keep up on the latest wine making techniques and meet with the wine makers to better understand the wines we will be pouring for our guests so we can heighten their tasting experience. We do offer a delicious private food tour which sounds like something you would have really enjoyed. We actually go into the kitchen with the chefs for a very personal experience. I hope we have the opportunity for you to join us on this tour in the future.

We met our guide, Harold and along with another couple (awesome btw) we strolled to an authentic French bakery, 3 wine tastings and finished at a cozy tearoom. Great experience. Harold was on time, courteous and knowledgeable of all wines and proper food pairings. Didn’t hurt that he also had a keen sense of humor. His down to earth approach was comfortable and genuine. Harold offered many suggestions for dinner in the immediate area. All wines were excellent. Thanks to Richard (Stephen and Walker), Tadeo (Williamson) and Van (Roadhouse)for hosting and sharing incredible wine. Don’t hesitate with this experience.

Harold has a lot of experience in what Healdsburg has to offer and loves to share it with his tours! There was 4 others in my group and we all got to know each other and become friends by the end. Don't eat a large meal before the tour as you are eating and drinking the whole time as you walk your way around cute Healdsburg. The little foods and cheeses paired were incredible! Can't wait to go again <3
