This is Healdsburg's “original” Wine & Food Pairing Walking Tour. Our 4-hour guided taste adventure, hits all the gourmet highlights of charming Healdsburg, the hippest town in Wine Country! Join us to experience the art of Wine & Food Pairing in a fun, casual way. Discover why certain wines taste better with specific foods. We’ve partnered with local wineries & chefs, to offer you a wonderful arrangement of unique tastings.

Meet your Guide in Gazebo in the Healdsburg Plaza. After a brief orientation of town, you’ll be on to your first winery visit where you’ll enjoy a private seated wine & food pairing. You'll continue your adventure to enjoy another tasting of boutique wines creatively balanced with simple foods. Each pairing will make you rethink the way you experience food and wine. Listen to the winemakers & their families as they share their stories, passion and unparalleled love of the fertile land they call home.

This is my 7th, maybe 8th, tour. All new places and some really fun pairing. Harold is a great guide, and knows the area so his stories are always entertaining. We at the park gazebo and end up there. Parking is 3 hours around the square but all day parking is one black away. Wear comfortable. You will be walking less than a mile, but after a few wines .... easy to walk in shoes are a must. We taste the wine, the food, and then the wine and food together. Try it, you'll be cooking and matching wines wonderfully. You are given a drinking guide that mentions the wine and food pairings, but I would bring a pen to make notes. I'll be back in a few months with 3 people who have never been, and I'm going to try the night tour when my parents get into town. Have FUN!!!

Excellent tour with a very informative guide. Well paced. Focus is on both excellent Healdsburg shops and why wine certain varieties pair with certain types of food.

I highly recommend Healdsburg Wine & Food Pairing Walking Tour. Harold at Wine Country Walking Tours is an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, and funny too. We met some great people in our group, enjoyed delicious bites to eat, and tasted fine wines. Healdsburg is such a beautiful town and this is a great way to enjoy/explore it. We went to a bakery, several tasting rooms, a tea shop. Time flies when your having fun! This was my first time doing a wine/food pairing. It was fantastic and very tasty!!! If you are thinking about doing a tour, don't wait.... schedule it now....
