not even sure what the tour guides name was. 9pm tour saturday 5/8/22. we were standing in the meeting spot for a good 5 minutes and he was lurking behind benches, honestly appeared like a vagrant. we approached another tour, asking if they were black cat tours and they said no - we went back to the meeting square and after another couple minutes he finally approached us.. at which point we see his lanyard. he told us WE were 20 minutes late.... um, ok. whatever. we were the only 2 people in the tour and thats fine, its not his fault nobody else booked. but it made us feel uncomfrotably obligated to laugh at the corny jokes he dropped every 30 seconds.. instead of telling us very much about hauntings or the people in the houses we passed. i expected to be told actual stories i guess and this was more just a guy stumbling around savannah, pointing at places and telling us which windows people got pictures of ghosts inside. thats cool and all but he was just not a great tour guide. then at the end we were told "like waiters. we work for tips" and made us feel obligated to tip him despite not enjoying ourselves at all. it all made my husband and i very uncomfortable and the next day we discussed that we were just excited to ge to take a 'real' tour using a different guide/company altogether the next time we come to savannah.

We had a great tour guide, lance,rain was in the forcast everyone bailed out for fear of the rain but myself and my wife ,we showed up and had a "private" tour, and got some great intereseting photos and my wife who has abilities was having one wild night..our guide even had an experience and could feel the electrical pulse when he came over to where my wife was ,he said it was the first time he felt something...was fun and a great experience! In the photo you can see someone holding my wifes hand
