All drivers must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
For safety reasons it is important that you have drivers and passengers that do not get spooked too easily. We take it slow and easy, but the trail does have terrain with steep up and down slopes and some cliffs.
Comfortable, closed-toed shoes are required for safety; no flip flops allowed
Each vehicle fits up to 4 passengers; 2 people minimum per vehicle
A minimum of 2 people per booking is required. Drivers must be over 21 yrs. of age.
Sunset tour departs approximately 3 hours before sunset (roughly 5pm); please call the day before the tour for exact departure time (contact info will be listed on your voucher)
Please note that this is a U-drive experience which means the customer does the driving.
A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are recommended in the warmer months
Important: Drivers need to be comfortable driving in conditions with steep terrain.

Meet your small group at your chosen departure time and hop into your 4-seater Kawasaki Teryx 4 KRX 1000, perfect for driving over Moab's slickrock. After a safety briefing, drivers over 21 may slip behind the wheel or take one of the passenger seats.

It was a fun experience! The only negative was our UTV stopped working 1/4th of the way so we had to ride with the tour guide. However, they did refund us the whole trip.

Yes, we are so sorry that this happened. It is very rare that we have a breakdown on the trail but when we do, we always do our best to make it right with our guests. If you're ever back in Moab, we'd love to have you back and get to have the experience of driving the whole time.

100% amaze balls!! They definitely aren’t joking when they say the tour isn’t for everyone but if you are looking for a white knuckle, gut checking good time this is it. Danny was our guide and he was super knowledgeable and personable with the whole group. If you follow directions and trust the machine you’ll do fine.

Yes, follow your guide's directions and trust your machines! They are built to do things like go up and down steep inclines without an issue, in ways that cars just aren't. Our guides know what they are doing and take extra care to ensure everyone's safety even in the face of it feeling daunting or nerve wracking to drive. If you do the above you are actually quite safe even if your senses are telling you otherwise. This is part of the thrill of it and the added security of going with a knowledgeable guide.

Jeff was our guide and he was great! Very informative. We were amazed at how easily these vehicles climb over rocks and such. My husband drove first then I drove. It was exhilarating to say the least. Believe the other reviewers…this is not to be missed!

Glad you had a great time! We stop several times along the tour so yes, anyone who wants to can have an opportunity to drive and there are a few spots that are a bit less extreme for those who are a bit more nervous about trying out the driving.
