Totally unprofessional-never showed up. Texted I wanted to cancel-was informed I had to cancel through trip advisor, I said I'd try, but am not good on computers. Was unsuccessful, so showed up and they did not. They never confirmed with me if it was cancelled or not, and said they never heard from me one way or other-which in my view was NOT confirmation it was cancelled . I asked if I had been successful in cancelling through trip advisor, wouldn't they have been notified? informed maybe, maybe not. They did offer to try the next day, but we wouldn't be in town.

As you can see if you search through our reviews, they are all great, until now. So sorry to see you thought you needed to give us a bad review...
On Aug 6th I received a text from you that said "Please cancel our tour for tomorrow, TripAdivor BR-1155602609 Sarah Sutheard, I'll try to call, doing an airport run". At this point I said "Okay but you will also need to cancel with TripAdvisor or whoever you booked through". You then sent me our reference code and asked if that had anything to do with us to which I responded, "That is our reference number but you paid them, not us, so we do not have your payment".
You responded with "yeah, I figured, not computer person. Thank you so much for your time."
I then rescheduled the rickshaw and driver for other activities.
As you know, you called me the next day and lit me up! Demanding that I owed you a tour an no one ever showed up. I explained that we had reallocated our resources and were booked for the rest of the day and yes, even though you were being so inappropriate on the phone I said I could fit you in the next day, to which you declined.
When someone cancels with us we do not send the rickshaw anyways, just in case they did not complete their cancellation with TripAdvisor. In addition it was very disheartening when you pocket dialed me back and bashed me over an over to the people with you.
Your daughter sent me a text afterwards saying "I'm sorry for my mothers words, I think we were confused. I told her not to use TripAdvisor, lol. I am helping her cancel it now, very sorry for any stress this may have caused. I hope you have a better day".
In the future, please be careful with bad reviews as it hurts small businesses a lot. I did not deserve this review, you made a mistake, fess up.
