Join American Legacy Tours as we take you back Underground on our newest tour. The Hidden Caverns tour will go underground to explore the Linck brewery tunnels. Next we will visit the site where Johnny Cash filmed a movie. After that we will visit the site of one of Cincinnati's most important inclines. We will visit the inside of the last remaining structures from the original Christian Moerlein Brewery complex that has been closed to the public for decades. Exclusively for the Hidden Caverns Tour we will have a beer tasting for tour guests 21 and over at the Northern Row Taproom 111 W McMicken Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45202.

Beer tasting at Northern Row at the end of the Tour for our guests that are 21 and over. Under 21 guests can have a soft drink of their choice.

What To Expect

Findlay Market

We will briefly walk through Findlay Market during the tour. We will talk about the history of this oldest market in the state of Ohio. Its founder James Findlay and the unique construction of the market itself.

Rhinegeist Brewery

Next we walk to the Rhinegeist Brewery, we do not go into this brewery but we talk about the history of the building and the role it played in the beer industry in the 1800's in Cincinnati.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with American Legacy Tours. My fiancé and I are long-term lovers of American Legacy Tours. We have done nearly all of their tours. My last experience, however was the best by far. I scheduled a private tour in order to propose to my girlfriend of four years. Craig with ALT was extremely helpful in getting my tour scheduledand finding a guide who would best be able to fulfill my rather specific needs. Craig put me in contact with his tour guide, Miranda, who was absolutely stoked to help make my proposal perfect. She provided me with her personal phone and after a very detailed conversation other phone, she even provided me with her home address so that I could drop off a prop for my proposal (since my working hours are pretty restricted). Miranda literally bent over backwards to make sure that every detail of my tour and my proposal was planned out. She even agreed to work on her off day (Sunday) because it worked better for me. To say the least, I could not have dreamed of a better experience from a company. So I have to commend Craig and ESPECIALLY Miranda. Craig hooked me up with the best tour guide ever and Miranda provided for my every need with exuberance and professionalism. She worked hard to keep my proposal a secret to my fiancé while still giving an excellent tour. I would give them 6 stars if possible and will be booking more tours with Miranda!! Thank you again for making our very special day perfect!

This tour is a must go on when visiting Cincinnati. We had such a good time and learned so much about the city and about the OTR area. Miranda was so great, funny, knowledgeable, and caring for every member of the tour! High recommend! We will be back to do the haunted tour with Miranda!!!
