The tour guide Harrison did a fantastic job. The tour was very informative, with tons of historical tidbits that I didn’t know even after living in Cincy for over a decade! The underground tunnels were so cool to see!

I had great difficulty trying to keep up with Patrick’s fast pace and was a 1/2 a block or behind the rest of the group the entire time. What I remember most about the tour is the end when we were 1-11/2 blocks behind at least . The rest of the group had already turned the corner. By the time we turned the corner, they were gone. I realized that we were back at the meeting place and we went in. He hadn’t even waited at the door for us. There was a kind member of the group that did come back outside to see if we were okay. He did seem very engaged and talking with the people that were able to keep up with him. I understand that it’s my fault that I am unable to walk at a fast pace, but the fact that he just left us and didn’t at least wait for us at the door to make sure we were okay blew me away. This was the first time that I didn’t tip a tour guide. We had done a food tour earlier in the day with a different company and the difference was night and day.

We always strive to ensure every guest has a positive experience. I appreciate your understanding that walking speeds can vary, and I will address this issue to make sure future tours are more accommodating for everyone. If you'd like to join the tour again, I'd be happy to arrange that for you. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
