I have been on several of the Manhattan Walking tours and I must say, the tours had a major role in my falling in love with the city. I did my first tour before moving to the city almost 2 years ago. Now I make sure that whenever I have friends visiting from out of town, they attend a tour if not two. Even though I am new to the city, I am constantly bringing up historical or fun facts to my friends that I learned on the Manhattan walking tour of the High Line. If you are visiting or new to the city, I think a great place to start is with some helpful guidance on the city's history - from the Manhattan Walking Tour!

Alex toured us through Greenwich Village and he provided a fantastic experience for my partner and I, full of food, history and fun facts. We were recommended by word of mouth and were not disappointed. These tours are a little more intimate with groups no bigger than 8 people and the guides are super knowledgable, would highly recommend taking one of these tours to any of the great locations around NYC – especially Greenwich Village.
