The tour guide Claire was fantastic! Although I have lived in New York since 1980, we were sharing the City with our grown children and it was great to see my City through her eyes. The food was fantastic. Love Aux Merveilleux (was thrilled to find out where they are located as a friend brought their delicacies for dessert when she came for dinner)! The pizza was excellent and particularly nice the owner spent time with us. Also, loved, loved Taco Mahal! Just the best. Will be back there soon. Everything was excellent. Thank you Claire for a wonderful time.

I followed the directions and waiting at the cross streets. I was early and I never found the tour guide. There was no phone number given so I couldn't even reach someone to find a way to hook up. I called the "office" but never ever got a return call. I wasted $40. I had wonderful experiences with Free Walking Tours in NYC the same week and I would highly recommend them, but not the TripAdvisor tour.

We have been in touch with Marilyn and she acknowledged she wrote the review in the wrong location, and has had difficulty trying to remove this review. We have no tours or experiences that cost $40, and the review was listed on an experience that costs $160. TripAdvisor has our whole correspondence with Marilyn in the internal messaging system, but still will not remove this review. When trying to contact someone at TripAdvisor, we constantly receive an automated response and no answer from any employees who work for TripAdvisor.
