My husband and I enjoyed a lovely tour of the High Line and Greenwich Village on our first trip to NYC. The food was amazing, the pizza being our favorite! There were just four of us on the tour which was nice as we were able to ask questions and get to know the neighborhoods and history. Our tour guide, Nancy, was a wonderful guide and very knowledgeable. We would definitely use Manhattan Walking Tours again and highly recommend them!!

3 of us took the Greenwich Village Food Tour (with an extended walk through Soho and Chinatown) with our lovely guide called Alex. It was an amazing experience, and luckily the sun had come out just for us. We started with some beautiful merveilleux pastries at Aux Merveilleux , then had the Nonna Pizza at Bleecker St (possibly the best pizza I've ever had), later moved onto Bantam Bagels for a new take on a New York Classic, and finished with a brilliant Vietnamese Banh Mi Biet sandwich at Thai Son. We also drank at The Malthouse and Whisky Tavern - in the latter of which we tried Pickle Backs, where you follow a whisky shot with a pickle juice shot (definitely worth a try). In between all stops Alex taught us loads about the culture and history of the local area, making the trip really interesting - he knew the city like the back of his hand! I would definitely recommend taking a tour with these guys, you won't regret it.

I took my first tour with Manhattan Tours and toured the High Line. It was a great tour, very informational and I learned so much! My guide Tom was very knowledgeable and did the tour with a very casual and comfortable style. The pace was great and the amount of time allotted was just perfect. I would definitely recommend this tour to a New Yorker or a visitor!!
