The places we visited were well away from any tourist areas and were obviously thoughtfully selected. All were busy with local people enjoying a variety of food. We would never have found them by ourselves and even if we had, we wouldn't have gone inside. Michaela ordered our food for us making sure that we enjoyed a wide selection of what was on offer. Michaela was not only an excellent and professional guide she was incredibly accommodating with all of the requests we made. She was wonderful company and extremely knowledgeable about the history of New Orleans. Our tour with her was one of the highlights of our entire USA trip.
