Those requiring wheelchair access into the museum will need to enter the museum to the left of the main entrance (while facing it) where a ground level entrance is located. Please inform the staff you are meeting a tour group in the main lobby.
Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
Non-flash photography is allowed. However but cannot be used inside the Museum. Selfie sticks are also prohibited. Please note there is a security check before entering the building that can take up to 15 minutes.

Our tour guide was incredible, we learned things we would have never known like how to make a bronze statue. It was just so interesting, and you could see how truly passionate she was about art and history. Also, she was very conscious in taking us into less busy areas of the museum since it was a holiday weekend and was crazy busy.
The rooftop bar area was stunning, and even after visiting the Met numerous times I had never been and it was So SO worth the climb!! My husband and I stayed up there for a half hour after the tour just taking in the view.
Thank You so much for such a great time!
