This is a moderate hike at altitude that many guests may find challenging. This tour is not recommended for people who do not regularly exercise. Out of respect for the other guests on the tour, please consider our Rocky Mountain National Park sightseeing tour if you are unsure if you can meet the physical requirements. Our guides reserve the right to ask guests to stop or turn around on the hike.
We cannot guarantee a specific trail - we chose based on day, condition, crowds.
From November to April, waterproof shoes are highly recommended. Wool socks are also recommended.
Winter weather conditions may exist in the park, please dress adequately for potentially snowy conditions and low temperatures.

I had an amazing time with Aspire tours! I traveled solo to Denver and was looking for a safe group to go hiking with in the Rocky mountains. Their full day hiking tour with lunch was perfect for my needs and schedule! Their customer service was top notch, from my initial email and phone inquiries, to booking and throughout the day of the tour. Dylan, our driver and guide, was super knowledgeable about all things nature and allowed us to slow down and pause as needed. The hike on gem lake trail was moderate in my opinion (I'm a newbie to hiking), and had absolute breathtaking views! We probably would have been done sooner if we didn't stop every few mins for pics haha but it was so worth it! We traveled in a clean and comfortable SUV and the sandwiches and chips they provided were delicious! To top it all off, the weather held up too! It was an all around perfect day with Aspire tours. Thanks for making my first trip to Colorado unforgettable!

The tour guides were nice and probably knowledgeable, however, I sat in the back and couldn’t hear anything. I wish they had a microphone. We couldn’t make it to the main trail due to traffic and instead took an alternate one. If you are like me and think that they have some special permits then — no, they don’t.

Hi Zhanerke, We are sorry the trip did not meet your expectations. We have commercial use permits for the entire Rocky Mountain National Park. There is no main trail for us but a list of possible hikes the guides can chose from depending on the weather and trail condition that day. I originally booked this trip but there was not enough people for it (me someone else and the guide) so the company offered me the Rocky Mountain bus tour and boy I am glad I took that offer!!! Amazing!!! Kyle was very friendly and knowledgeable and knew his Rockies! He also played very good music, including Johnny Denver. I didn’t feel rushed at the sites and I feel like I actually learned about Colorado. I am so glad I decided to do this tour 100/10 highly recommend!!
