Great way to start the day! Allie was our tour guide she offered great information about the area and was upbeat and having fun. Nice leisurely kayak, beautiful back drop and an encounter with dolphin made this morning one for the memory books

First, I’d like to say that everyone was very friendly and helpful - everyone from check-in staff to our guides. It was our guide’s first trip out (Allie). There was also an experienced guide (Cindy). The coffee is from a coffee maker, so nothing fancy. When in the water, it is very difficult to hear anything that is said. We received a few facts (oysters can filter more than 50 gallons of water per day), but we would have really liked to receive more info about the local habitats and animals. Also, it is easy to become friendly when on a group tour (especially a group of four people total), which sometimes makes people more familiar than maybe they should be; however, discussing the fact that your fiancĆ© was accused of theft and that racism is alive and well in the United States is probably not the type of conversation one should have as a guide, and as a new one at that. I’d recommend a local coffee shop and renting your own kayak.
