We had to reschedule our cruise 3 times due to weather which they very nicely did. The 3rd time we were supposed to go out (last night) there was a terrible storm with lots of lightning. We hung around to wait out the storm. I called the office and was told that a decision would be made at 715. It was still storming at 715 so we went back to our resort. I called today to get a refund and was told the cruise went out so no refund. The decision was made at 730 but I was told 715. I do not feel it is my fault that I was told a different time. They definitely need a better system of notifying people Incase of bad weather.

At the time of our cruise, 6:30pm on August 7, it was raining a LOT, thunderstorms, lightning. Pretty obvious the weather was not going to improve, but they kept pushing cruise time and I had to fight with them, call Trip Advisor twice, call them back to get a refund on the tickets as my 5-year old son was terrified by the storm and I wouldnā€™t put him on a situation like that and it was clearly not going to be a good experience for the whole family. Sometimes good customer service and common sense can come very handy on situations like this.

It was awesome and very informative! Great views of the dolphins, island, lighthouse and the setting sun was amazing!
