Our high-speed cruise allows you four hours in Savannah to sight-see, shop, take a trolley tour and find a restaurant for lunch. The Spirit offers an air-conditioned lower cabin, and an open-aired upper deck with a canopy for shade. Enjoy a drink from the Spirit's full bar, and take advantage of discounted trolley tickets available for purchase throughout the trip. We fund the trip on a sunny day in may to be quite enjoyable. Other reviewers have commented on the limited seating and that is absolutely true and it is a drawback. However, if you like to be on the water and want to have smooth sailing, this is a good way to get to Savannah. I thought the commentary that was offered was also quite good.

We have driven to Savannah several times and decided to take the SAvannah Cruise this time and will never drive again. It was a very enjoyable trip, scenic and informative. Terrific crew. Bar available. Stepped off the ship and had a wonderfil lunch at the Shrimp Factory. Then boarded the Trolley for an entertaining and informative trip around the city. We enjoyed Nelson so much we never left the trolley. Disembarked at Harbor Town, walked to Crazy Crab for a great seafood dinner. The end of a perfect day.

We have been to Hilton Head many times and have always brought different friends with us for the trip. We make it a point to take them to Savannah to show them how beautiful it is. This was the first time we have gone by boat however and we really enjoyed it. The cruise was relaxing and we met many different individuals from all over the US and Canada on board. It also did not hurt that we had a bright sunny day for our trip. The crew on board were very friendly and always had the time to talk and entertain. The trip took approximately 1:30-1:45 each way and you had 4 hours in Savannah to tour around. For my wife and I, having been there on numerous occasions it was more than enough time. For our friends, as first time visitors, they also felt they had enough time. I can also see that the 4 hours might not be enough time for some who really want to explore and enjoy the sights, sounds, tastes, and culture of old Savannah. All in all a very pleasant experience.
