Our high-speed cruise allows you four hours in Savannah to sight-see, shop, take a trolley tour and find a restaurant for lunch. The Spirit offers an air-conditioned lower cabin, and an open-aired upper deck with a canopy for shade. Enjoy a drink from the Spirit's full bar, and take advantage of discounted trolley tickets available for purchase throughout the trip. The trip was from Hilton Head Island to Savannah and back. All the seating was chairs at tables on both the upper and lower decks - quite comfortable; no bench seating. Food and beverage included a full range of drinks - water and coffee to wine and spirits - and small packaged snacks. The lower deck is enclosed and air conditioned; the upper deck is covered and open with better views and less engine noise. The crew were very friendly and helpful. Restrooms were clean. We had four hours in Savannah which allowed for sightseeing or shopping, and a leisurely lunch at a good restaurant. The overall atmosphere was quite relaxed. The only thing missing was engaging scenery ... and earplugs to quiet the engine noise. Once for this trip was fun, and worth repeating if you want to go more often to Savannah.
