One of the most enchanting destinations in the United States is Savannah, Georgia! It's adorned with charming city squares, extraordinary architecture and lush botanical gardens. Our high-speed cruise allows you four hours in Savannah to sight-see, shop, take a trolley tour and find a restaurant for lunch. The Spirit offers an air-conditioned lower cabin, and an open-aired upper deck with a canopy for shade. Enjoy a drink from the Spirit's full bar, and take advantage of discounted trolley tickets available for purchase throughout the trip. It was a nice trip ! We had one in our group that did get sea sick, so we stayed at the top open level. They took photos as we boarded, but we weren’t offered to buy the photo at any time, not sure what happened with those.

My wife and I used Vagabond Cruises to visit Savannah from Hilton Head Island. We were able to purchase hop on hop off tickets to the Savannah bus on the boat. The boat trip is about an hour and a half each way, so plan accordingly. It drops you off right in the middle of the action and you can walk from the boat right to the bus. You get about 4 hours in Savannah, which is not enough, but it is enough to get a good taste of the downtown. It was my first time in Savannah, and it was really a great town. Lots of eateries and history. The boat ride itself was nice, with a snack bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and good narration of the islands. We saw some dolphins going and return trips. The day we went, there were some high winds, so I was concerned about the waves, but it turns out the trip was mostly on the inter-coastal waterway and very smooth. Highly recommend the trip.

The crew on the ship were excellent, friendly and the captain was careful throughout the trip. Taking the ship versus driving to Savannah a must, it’s relaxing, comfortable with all facilities on board for snacks and drinks. We had a wonderful day
