My friend and I had never been to Berlin so when we heard about the foodie tour we thought that would be the perfect opportunity to see some of the town, learn some of the history and enjoy some fine food. The entire tour was amazing, fun and delicious. From beginning to end. Our tour guide, Paulette, met us with a sign in the parking lot of Sterling Tavern to begin the tour. Paulette knew so much about the history of the area and she made it very interesting. Iām from that area but she told me things I didnāt know. And about some interesting facts from the movie Runaway Bride. But of course the highlight was the food. We had five or six stops along the way and everybody was better than the last. We started at Sterlingās Tavern where we had hush puppies with raspberry sauce, flounder, flatbread with shrimp. The next stop we had fried green tomato, and on and on and on. It just got better and better. Everything was totally delicious. The tour guide was amazing. And the whole tour is definitely worth your time. I highly recommend it to anybody who wants a good time and some good food. Well done OCFOODIE!
